Chicago - 5 & 6 September 2011

Day 1
Our visit in Chicago was short & sweet, but we did the most we could in the 2 days and we had. We started of by just walking down the streets of downtown Chicago and admiring the awesome sky scrapers surrounding us everywhere. When our feet started hurting we stopped at the Hancock building for a drink with a view. After that we walked over to Millennium Park where we had a lot of fun with the mirror bean. We ended our night of at Giordanos  for a Chicago style pizza. And may i say pizza will never be the same.

   Day 2
After a good nights sleep we woke up early and walked down to Navy Pier. Waking up early sometimes doesn’t help with nothing open until 11. But at least we could go on the ferris wheel. From up top you get to an awesome view of Chicago. By this time we were starving and ended up eating at Yolk, a good breakfast joint. Our afternoon was spent on an Architecture Cruise down the river. We had an awesome tour guide which made the hour boat trip really interesting and funny.  My kinda town says ole blues eyes.
